New Ambassadors for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care
Lewis-Manning Hospice Care has appointed two new Ambassadors who will help promote the work of the Hospice to the local community and to inspire future fundraising activities.
Husband and wife team, Mark & Carlie Palmer, owners of Luvwed, will be attending events to talk about the Hospice’s work, encourage involvement in fundraising activities whilst promoting the Hospice to the public across the East Dorset community.
Clare Gallie, CEO Lewis-Manning Hospice Care, said: “We are delighted to appoint Mark & Carlie Palmer as Ambassadors for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care. This is a really important role as it helps us to reach new people, inspire new fundraising activity, thank our supporters for the work they are doing and spread the word about how we can help people.”
“As we enter a new, exciting phase of development, we are looking for local people to support our vision and help to promote our services to the wider community. Mark and Carlie have the drive and enthusiasm to be excellent Ambassadors for the Hospice and we very much look forward to working with them both.”
Carlie Palmer said: “It’s an honour to be an Ambassador for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care. The work that the Hospice does helping people in our local community with life-limiting illnesses is inspirational and needs to be shared. We look forward to meeting as many people as possible to spread the word.”
