TIME TO SING with ROCK CHOIR

Rock Choir will be singing at the Life Centre, Winton, Bournemouth on Saturday 10 November to raise funds for Lewis-Manning Hospice.

Rock is a national phenomenon, with over 25,000 singers nationwide, Rock Choir encourages people from all backgrounds, abilities and levels of confidence to break out and learn to sing with other like minded people! Rock Choir is much more than a choir – it’s a multi layered singing experience. The power of music, meeting new friends and performing at life changing events, together contribute to an emotional and powerful journey for our members. We have been perfecting Rock Choir for 10 years now and have achieved an award-winning standard of excellence in both the educational and emotional aspects of what we try to do. I personally choose and train our brilliant team of musicians, teachers and performers who lead their choir in each community through the most uplifting and feel good songs ever written.

This performance will be made up of Rock Choir members from across the South to present ‘Time to Sing with Rock Choir’ and will be joined by locally based mezzo soprano Grace Lovelass, who will be performing accompanied by pianist Matthew Clarke.

Mark Elling, Community Fundraising Manager, said: “Rock Choir are being so generous with their support for our hospice and we are delighted that they are boosting our fundraising efforts with what is destined to be a spirited and magical performance.

“Lewis-Manning Hospice supports patients and families in Poole, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas who are facing a life-limiting illness.”
