Lewis-Manning Hospice offers a range of palliative care services to the local community.
End of Life Care – provided in our 12 bedded inpatient unit at the Hospice
Day Hospice – provided by specialist nurses and a multi-professional team, is designed to enhance the quality of life by offering physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.
Lymphoedema Clinic – for the swelling of a limb that is sometimes caused by cancer or the treatment of cancer.
Better Breathing Clinic – for the relief of breathlessness mainly due to cancer of the lung.
Education Service – for healthcare professionals.
New View Programme – for Head and Neck Cancer patients.
Carers Group – to support people who provide a relative or friend with practical, personal or emotional help.
